The American Marketing Association’s definition is “a name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies one seller’s good or service as distinct from those of other sellers.” This is a great technical definition, but it does not truly explain all the nuances and hard work that you put into your company’s reputation daily.  Every interaction with a customer goes toward building your brand.  Every email, phone call, meeting and printed material work together to form a lasting impression; a bond of trust.
